At 8th Wonder Clothing we endeavour to despatch any orders as soon as possible so you receive it in the quickest time.

What delivery options are there and how long should I allow for my order to arrive?
There are three options for delivery within the UK:

The times given are only guidelines though and sometimes delivery can be delayed due to factors outside of our control, however we aim to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
You will have the option of which one to choose at the Basket Review/Checkout stage of the order. There is a price difference between the two options so please take note which one you choose.
Please Note: International deliveries can take longer than the above guidelines so if you are an international customer you should expect your order to arrive within 5-7 working days.
How much does delivery cost?
There are three different charges for delivery:
Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes. Once you have placed your order you will be able to track it by logging in to your account and using the unique tracking number on the Royal Mail Website.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we do. We accept any orders from overseas countries. Although we try to get your order out as quickly as possible, international customers should expect their order to take slightly longer. Using Royal Mail services we would expect your order to reach you within 5-7 working days. We charge £7.95 for all international deliveries and this includes a 'signed for' service for peace of mind.
Can you leave the delivery at an agreed hiding place?
No we cannot. All deliveries must be delivered to the delivery address supplied and must be signed for on receipt (this can be by anyone at the given address).
I will not be in when my order is delivered. What will happen?
Usual procedure is for the carrier to leave a card detailing what action to take next in order to collect your parcel.
I’ve only received part of my order. What has happened?
Occasionally some items can be out of stock at the time of ordering. If this occurs we will contact you to inform you of the situation and when we are likely to be getting more stock in. This could result in a part delivery in which only the in stock items are delivered and the missing items are delivered at a later date. Or we can hold on to the in stock items until all goods are in and then deliver.
If it is a genuine mistake and we have missed the item altogether we will endeavour to solve the problem and get it delivered to you in the quickest time possible.
Returns
Occasionally goods that are delivered may be the wrong size or in some cases may be faulty. If this is the case then you may require an exchange or refund and the goods will have to be returned. Please see below for our Returns Policy.
All goods that are to be returned for an exchange or refund will need to be sent back within 14 days of the date printed on your invoice.
If you need to return an item please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue in a quick manner. All exchnage/return queries should be emailed to info@8thwonderclothing.co.uk
If an item is not suitable or the wrong size we will happily exchange the item for you. Postage costs for returning an item are the customer’s responsibility, but for any exchanges sent out 8th Wonder Clothing will send them free of charge.
If the issue cannot be satisfied with an exchange then we will issue a full refund on receiving the goods back. Any returned items must be in there original state with all tags, labels etc. attached.
Please allow up to 14 days for any refunds or exchanges to be processed once the goods are returned to us.
We reserve the right to withhold an exchange or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked in anyway, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
We cannot refund any delivery charges unless the item is faulty or has been sent as a result of any error by us.
